Makita hm1812/1 is a 10 kg demolition hammer, adapted for SDS-MAX bits. The main features are AVT for reduced vibration while chipping. AVT (Active dynamic vibration absorber). The Makita HM1812 is best in class 30kg road breaker (as of March 2015) and features a massive 72.8 Joules with ultra-low vibration of just 6.5m/sec².
The HM1812 introduces a new vibration damping system that effectively separates the engine housing from the impact generation. The AVT Electric Breaker has fixed handles for travel, designed for stability and precision, as well as recessed handles for lifting conveniences. Nameplate and serial tag where it is scratch-free and free from damage.
